Beauty Beyond Borders was founded with a simple mission: give talented beauty professionals the space, support, and freedom they need to thrive. Located in a beautifully remodeled historic building in the heart of Downtown Fayetteville's Haymount District, BBB is more than a salon — it's a community.
As a veteran-owned and operated business, we understand discipline, dedication, and the value of building something that lasts. We brought those same values to 122 Anderson St — restoring a piece of Fayetteville's history while creating a world-class environment for today's beauty entrepreneurs.

Dmitry
Founder & Owner, Beauty Beyond Borders
A U.S. veteran and immigrant, Dmitry founded Beauty Beyond Borders to give beauty professionals the same sense of purpose and ownership he found through military service. His vision is simple yet powerful: a place where talented professionals can build real businesses — not just work a chair. The idea took root during the ongoing war in Ukraine, where he saw women continue to visit salons even in the midst of conflict, seeking moments of normalcy, dignity, and self-care. That resilience inspired him to create something lasting. He purchased a completely abandoned building and transformed it into a beautiful, purpose-driven space — a home for independent beauty professionals to thrive.
